Minimum Booking Hours:
Support Professionals: 4 hours
Events & Group Support: 6 hours
Holiday & Overtime Pay:
Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July
Holiday pay: 1.5× normal rate
Overtime (over 40 hours/week): 1.5× normal rate
Overtime on holidays: 2× normal rate
Travel Fee:
Families outside of Northeast Atlanta will be charged a $10 travel fee per trip.
Cancellation Policy:
In-Home Support Services: Agency Service Fee secures the support professional; non-refundable
Cancellations <24 hours: pay 4 hours
Cancellations <4 hours: pay full booked time
Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
Failure to Pay On Time:
If a family does not pay the support professional within 24 hours:
LLC charges $35/hr for regular hours
$52.50/hr for overtime or holiday hours
Charges also apply for late cancellations or unpaid parking
